This 4-port USB 3.0 HUB provides additional physical security for USB devices, allowing them to be individually turned off when not in use. Each USB port has a visible blue light when turned on and a button to turn it off. This allows for quick and easy control/locking of other USB devices without having to remove them.
The first port supports USB 3.0, the others support USB 2.0. Please note that the hub is NOT designed to support charging. To ensure a stable connection, the devices connected to this hub must not exceed a combined current of 5 volts and 900 mAh. External hard drives may require external power.
